mandex appends usage instructions to ~/.windsurfrules, teaching Windsurf to use mx search for documentation lookups.

Automatically detected and installed during mx init:

mx init

What it does

The appended rules instruct Windsurf to run mx search when it needs library documentation, providing accurate, version-pinned docs from locally cached packages.
